Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from iVa at any time. This page explains exactly how, for both iVa account holders and their customers.
If you have an iVa account
- Disconnect a channel: go to Settings → Connected Channels and remove any channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Email, etc.). This immediately revokes iVa's access to that account and stops all syncing of new messages from it.
- Delete your whole account and data: email privacy@useiva.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We will permanently delete your account, all stored conversations and messages, and all stored channel credentials within 30 days, and confirm by email when complete.
If you messaged a business that uses iVa
Businesses using iVa control the conversations in their own workspace. To have your messages removed, you can either contact the business directly, or email privacy@useiva.com with the business name and the phone number, username, or email address you used — we will locate and delete your messages within 30 days.
Data removed on deletion
- Account and profile information
- All stored conversations, messages, and contact identifiers
- All channel credentials and access tokens (also revocable instantly by disconnecting the channel or revoking access from the platform's own security settings)
